Many LeEco fans were disappointed by the company as they could not purchase the phone during the flash sale. Even we could manage to add only one phone to our cart, out of the total three accounts we registered with.
But, you might be happy after reading this.
LeEco might launch its next version of the 1S series, the LeEco Le 2 in the next few months if they follow the same launch cycle as they did last year.
However, there is also a chance that this phone might be launched in late February. But there is no official statement as of now.
Also, as the Le 1S Flashsale took place just a few days back in India, and the Le Max Pro's sale happening in the ending of this month, we don't think the Le 1S will hit the Indian soil anytime soon.
A rumor regarding LeEco Le 2 surfaced quite recently saying that the device will be fueled by the Helio X20 processor by MediaTek.
The images show a sleek-looking handset with a 2.5D curved display, and a metal body which is slightly curved. The phone seems really thin, and its bezels are extremely thin, the side bezels are non-existent. There are also some special functions located on the right side of the display, it is possible this is a software feature LeEco will introduce, if these images are legit. The dual-LED flash is also shown in one of the images in the gallery, and one can get a good look at the camera too. Now, aside from the Helio X20 SoC, this smartphone will quite probably be made out of metal, and sports 4GB of RAM on the inside. The phone most likely will also have a fingerprint scanner which could be on the front this time. The phone will quite probably sport a 5.5-inch display.
That's all for now, as we said there are no official statements as of now, we cannot give you the exact details. Moreover these photos look like concept designs so nothing is confirmed for now.
