After the launch of the Redmi 2 Prime, the Redmi Note Prime will be the company's second Made In India mobile device.
The device will come with a SnapDragon 410 SoC chipset with a quad core 1.2 GHz and will have a 720x1280 5.5 inch pixel resolution IPS display.
The mobile phone comes with a 2GB RAM and 16GB expandable internal memory, and has impressive 3,100mAh battery. In terms of camera, the Redmi Note Prime features a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front shooter. Measuring 154x78.7x9.4mm and weighing in at 185g, the smartphone runs Android 4.4 KitKat-based MIUI 7, and offers support for 4G and dual-SIM.

Connectivity options of the Redmi Note Prime include GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n with hotspot functionality, Bluetooth v4.0, FM radio, Micro-USB 2.0, USB-OTG and GPS/ A-GPS.
The Redmi Note Prime smartphone will be priced at Priced at Rs. 8,499, the Xiaomi Redmi Note Prime will be available exclusively via Amazon India and Mi.com, starting 10am IST Tuesday.
